All deliveries are sent via tracked courier service. Orders placed before 2pm London time are usually dispatched the same day, although slight delays may occur during busy sale or promotional periods.

Complimentary International Exchanges (Something very few brands offer)

To request an exchange, contact our team and we will send you a link to start it. Please have your order number and the email address on your order to hand.

Our team will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label, making the entire exchange completely free.

Returns

If you’d prefer a refund, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

To request a return, contact our team and we will send you a link to start it. Please have your order number and the email address on your order to hand. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a pre-paid return label within 1 to 2 business days.

UK Returns

UK customers may use our prepaid domestic returns service, with a £6.95 return fee deducted from the refund. There is no restocking fee.

European Returns

For customers in Europe, a £19.95 return fee (converted to your local currency) will be deducted from your refund to help cover part of the shipping and handling costs involved. There is no restocking fee.

Rest of the World Returns (US, Canada, Australia and Asia)

For customers in the US, Canada, Australia and Asia, a £19.95 return fee plus a £1.50 restocking fee (both converted to your local currency) will be deducted from your refund to help cover part of the shipping and handling costs involved. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
