Delivery
Orserio ships to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Europe. All deliveries are sent via courier using a tracked service. We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day; however, during busy sale and promotional periods, there may be slight delays.
Shipping charges will be quoted at checkout.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us. But if you need to make a return for any reason we will be happy to help.
You can return or exchange goods you have ordered from us if merchandise is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979. Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days (from receipt of goods) in their original condition, after this we reserve the right to not accept for a refund or exchange.
Before returning your items to us, please check:
- All returns must be in their original resalable condition.
- All returns must be complete with their existing tags and packaging.
- All clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
- Note that all free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.
Free UK Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit online isn’t always straightforward. That’s why we offer 14 sizes across our Poseidon, Apollo, Hercules, and Zeus ranges, all extensively wear-tested to ensure a consistent fit.
In most cases, a simple size swap resolves the issue, and once you find your fit, it stays with you for a long time.

We offer free exchanges within the UK.
To request an exchange:
- Follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your parcel, or
- Email support@orserio.com with your order number, item, and preferred size or fit
Our team will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label, making the entire exchange completely free.
International Exchanges
At this time, we’re unable to offer free exchanges for international orders due to the use of premium shipping services, which typically deliver within 4–7 business days.
The easiest way to try a different size is to return your original item and place a new order, so you don’t need to wait for the return to be processed before receiving your new size.
Returns (Refund)
If you decide to return your item for a refund, that’s also easy. Open your order confirmation email, or any shipping update email from Orserio, then click View your order. On the order detail page, you will see the option to Request return. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a pre-paid return label within 1 to 2 business days. For UK customers. a £5.90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, a £14.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover international shipping.
When will my return be processed?
Once we have received your return, it will be inspected. Once inspected you’ll receive an email notifying you if the return has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the UK. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. During the checkout process, duties and taxes will be calculated for shipping to your country (for supported countries only) based on the items in your shopping cart.
If there are duties and taxes for your order, you can choose to prepay them during the checkout and you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes). If you choose not to prepay, you will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees when you receive the order.
All quoted prices on our website include 20% VAT for orders within the UK
