All deliveries are sent via tracked courier service. Orders placed before 2pm London time are usually dispatched the same day, although slight delays may occur during busy sale or promotional periods.

Complimentary International Exchanges (Something very few brands offer)

To request an exchange, email support@orserio.com with your order number, item, and preferred size or fit

Our team will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label, making the entire exchange completely free.

Returns

If you’d prefer a refund, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Open your order confirmation email, or any shipping update email from Orserio, then click View your order. On the order detail page, you will see the option to Request return. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a pre-paid return label within 1 to 2 business days.

UK Returns

UK customers may use our prepaid domestic returns service, with a £5.90 fee deducted from the refund.

International Returns

For international customers, we offer two return options, a £19.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover part of the shipping costs involved. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
