Delivery
All our deliveries are sent by courier, with a tracked service. We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day, but please note that during busy sale and promotional periods there may be a slight delay in dispatching your order.
International orders will vary depending on your location but we'll give you an estimate at checkout.
Yes, we ship to UK, US, Canada, Australia and EU. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the UK. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country.
If there are duties and taxes for your order, you can choose to prepay them during the checkout and you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes). If you choose not to prepay, you will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees when you receive the order.
All quoted prices on our website include 20% VAT for orders within the UK.
We offer free UK shipping for orders over £50 and free US shipping for orders $150, oherwise rate will be calculated at checkout.
For international orders, we offer standard delivery, rates will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us. But if you need to make a return for any reason we will be happy to help.
You can return or exchange goods you have ordered from us if merchandise is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979. Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days (from receipt of goods) in their original condition, after this we reserve the right to not accept for a refund or exchange.
Before returning your items to us, please check:
- All returns must be in their original resalable condition.
- All returns must be complete with their existing tags and packaging.
- All clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
- Note that all free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.
UK Returns & Exchanges
Orserio customers enjoy free exchanges within the UK.
For returns, a shipping fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund total.
International Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer free exchanges or returns for international orders.
For exchanges, a fee of £12.95 will be charged to cover shipping and handling.
For returns, £12.95 will be deducted from your total refund.
When will my returns or exchanges be processed?
Once we have received your return, it will be inspected. Once inspected you’ll receive an email notifying you if the return has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
As we do not currently offer a self-service returns portal, all return and exchange requests must be submitted manually via email.

Subject line: Return/Exchange Request
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- Your request type: Return or Exchange
- If requesting a return: briefly state the reason for return
- If requesting an exchange: specify the item you would like to exchange for (including size, colour, or variant if applicable)
Once your request is received, our support team will review it and provide further instructions.
- You can notify us by email to support@orserio.com before we have dispatched the goods to you or
- Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause set out above.
